Important: Deadline for registration is September 23, 2007, but if you would like to have discount in hotels you need to reserve them by September 7, 2007 (see Accomodation below).

The registration fee for the PhD Symposium is 760zł (about 206 EURO), however we have 100 EURO discounts for the 10 first students (100 EURO will be returned to you during the symposium). The fee covers:

1. • proceedings,
   

2. • coffee breaks,
   

3. • lunch and dinner on Wednesday and Thursday
   

The number of participants is limited to 20.

Attendees should be full time students at a university in central or Eastern Europe. They are required to submit via email (to Bartosz Walter) two documents (please do not transfer money before acknowledge from him):

1. • a one-page resume explaining why they wish to attend the PhD Symposium,
   

2. • a CV (including details of the University of the Attendee).
   

After the Symposium, Attendees are also asked to write shortly how the Symposium appeared useful for them, which part of it they preferred and why.

Registration is made through the main event: CEE-SET 2007. You can register through www.cee-set.org.

Accomodation

The registration fee does not cover accomodation. You may choose from the options below one that suits your needs (and your wallet) the most:

Mercure Hotel, the venue of CEE-SET, KKIO and PhD Symposium. You can reserve a room by calling the reception (+48 61 855 8000) or writing an e-mail (mer.poznan@orbis.pl). The reception clerk will ask you for your credit card number.
Making reservation before September 7 (password: "CEE-SET Conference") will result in special price: 82 EURO (single room with breakfast), 92 EURO(double room with breakfast).

Lech Hotel (500 meters from the conference venue). You can reserve a room by calling the reception (+48 61 853 01 51) or writing an e-mail (rezerwacja@hotel-lech.poznan.pl).
Making reservation before September 10 (password: "CEE-SET Conference") will result in special price: 214zł (about 57 EURO) (room with breakfast).
